You must be a leader, able to motivate Agents and manage day-to-day business in a high producing real estate office. Organized, dedicated to producing quality results, meticulous with details, a positive person, a good communicator -- both written and verbal.

You'll work in a fast paced office in Key West, Florida. This is NOT an entry level position. Working knowledge of real estate is required; active Florida real estate license is preferred. Otherwise, must be willing to promptly become licensed in Florida.

Responsible for all, but not limited to, aspects of the topics below:

Leadership and Management: Responsible for the day-to-day operations, morale, and support of the salespeople and administrative staff. Motivate everyone to be their best and provide exemplary customer service. Inspire loyalty and commitment. Train Agents to attain the skills they need to meet and exceed their goals.

Prospecting and Lead Management: Research and organize leads to hire additional Agents. Participate in the community as a representative of the brokerage firm. Follow up with potential candidates to add to the sales team.

Marketing and Recruitment: Responsible for marketing the brokerage firm, properties and success of the Agents. Also responsible for attracting and recruiting new Agents to add to the team.

Calendar Management for Office: Manage the planning and implementation of meetings for training, communicating with Agents to support increasing sales and customer service.

Project Implementation: Spearhead projects as assigned, delegate steps to completion, and follow up for implementation; Update Agents / General Manager / Broker Owner with details and troubleshoot; and be the key contact for internal and external office procedures as specified.

Pending to Closing Process: Manages a small staff and all aspects of closing procedures including processing, communicating with Agents and others, as appropriate, to obtain smooth, successful closings.

In general:

Previous experience successfully managing and motivating real estate salespeople (min. 3-7
years).
Knowledgeable about contracts, disclosures, transaction management.
Maintain a Florida Sales Associate or Broker's Real Estate License.
Support Agents and keep them accountable and on track for production goals.
Continually brainstorm with the Agents, General Manager and Broker/Owner on possible ideas to increase business and implement them.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
